Can it work with my current MPLS?
Yes, it can. It calls for a hybrid deployment in which SD-WAN will run in tandem with the MPLS until you are ready to completely switch off the MPLS or retain specific services only.
I only have a single office, will it work?
Yes, it will. The branch will still benefit from High Availability, Performance Increase and Advanced Security features.
How long will it take to install?
2 days. It's an overlay services which will compliment existing underlay infrastructure. Dependent on the size of the network, adequate planning and architecture will precede the final installation.
How do you provide support?
All services have a Gold level SLA, which provides access to a support helpdesk during working hours and 24/7 monitoring. Platinum support provides 24/7 support and NOC monitoring, including weekends. Advanced Hardware Replacement is an option when procuring service.
